St. Padre Pio Pilgrimage

A Date Trip to the National Centre for St. Padre Pio  

Thursday, May 8th, 7:30AM-10:30PM

Join couples from Renew the ‘I do’ and Fr. Scott Seethaler for a Pilgrimage to the National Centre for St. Padre Pio. We will board a luxury coach bus in Lawrenceville at 7:30am and make our way to the Centre. Located in beautiful Barto, Pennsylvania, the National Centre for St. Padre Pio is a scenic destination filled with the peace and prayerfulness of St. Padre Pio’s spirit. Built to resemble St. Padre Pio’s friary in San Giovanni Rontondo, Italy, the Centre offers a number of outdoor statues, a magnificent chapel, and a full museum filled with cultural and religious relics. We arrive for our own special Mass celebrated by Fr. Scott in the beautiful chapel, followed by a delicious lunch. After lunch we will have a guided tour of the Centre where St. Padre Pio’s life, work, and mission is brought to life through the largest collection of St. Padre Pio relics in the United States. We will have the opportunity to view a number of those first-class relics in the Museum & Cultural Center's main gallery. After our tour, you will have quiet time together to explore the courtyard of the votive candle garden, or other peaceful indoor and outdoor alcoves and offer prayers for your loved ones to St.Padre Pio. After our unforgettable visit we'll make our way home stopping for a lovely dinner along the way, and arriving back around 10:30pm
